Good Bone Broth, but a Shipping Question
I was looking for some good quality bone broth after ordering the Breakfast Sausages, and HOTRO popped up. The broth itself is really nice, great flavor and good for cooking. My only question is how is it shipped? Does it come frozen or just refrigerated? It arrived cold enough, but I was just curious for future orders.
Good quality, delivery could be faster
I ordered the Grass-Fed Ribeye Steak and some Chicken Bone Broth a few weeks ago. The meat was excellent, cooked up nicely, and the broth tasted very rich. I appreciated the quality of the products, definitely a step up from what I usually find. My only minor gripe was the delivery time; it took about 6 days to get to me in Surrey, which felt a little long. I also wish there were more flexible delivery windows. Overall, a solid experience and I'd order again for the quality.

It took 4 days to reach my home in Vancouver, which was reasonable. The quality of all the meats was consistently high; the chicken breast was tender, the ground beef made excellent burgers, and the sausages had great flavor. I had a quick question about thawing methods before cooking, so I used their online chat. The customer service agent responded within minutes and gave me clear instructions. My only suggestion for improvement would be to maybe offer a few more variety packs with different cuts or types of meat, but that's a minor point.
